MOMENTUM ENSEMBLE: A MUSICIAN'S PERSPECTIVE

The AYO first met Siang Ching in 2011 when she joined the Chamber Players program. Since then, Siang Ching has become a familiar face! An expert keyboard, harpsichord and fortepiano player, Siang Ching joined Momentum Ensemble for a special launch tour in October this year. Read her interview to find out what it’s like to play in this exciting new ensemble.

The Australian Youth Orchestra couldn’t be more excited to launch Momentum Ensemble, a springboard for exceptional young musicians who want to develop a multi-faceted career. Over the last two weeks, Momentum Ensemble gave their official debut performances in Sydney, held at Telstra’s Insight Centre, the Art Gallery of Western Australia in Perth and at Melbourne’s Deakin Edge.
