International Tour Sponsor

Every three years the AYO tours overseas. Performing in grand concert halls at renowned classical music festivals such as The Proms in London is one on the highlights of AYO musicians’ training experience. For many young musicians this is not only their first international tour but their first trip overseas, and a once in a life time opportunity.

As the title sponsor of the international tour, AYO will work with you to devise a bespoke sponsorship package offering a unique opportunity to experience the thrilling adventure of an overseas tour.

We are seeking $100,000 to sponsor the international tour.

 

Season Sponsor or Concert Partner

In addition to the AYO’s triennial international tour, twice a year approximately 90 young musicians tour as a symphony orchestra to two major Australian cities for the February and July Season. As Season Sponsor, or opening night Concert Partner, you will attract press and audience attention and also receive a diverse range of benefits.


Becoming the Season Sponsor or Concert Partner varies from $20,000 to $50,000.

Sponsorship Benefits

As a sponsor, AYO will work with you to devise a bespoke sponsorship package offering a unique opportunity to experience the energy and excitement of our programs. Benefits can include some or all of the following:

  • accreditation in AYO marketing materials
  • VIP invitations for your clients and/or staff to opening night performances
  • invitations to exclusive behind-the-scenes rehearsals
  • AYO ensemble performances at your client dinners or receptions
  • private receptions for your key clients to meet internationally renowned conductors, solo artists and AYO musicians
  • 'best seat' tickets and hospitality at concert venues

Corporate Music Partner

Corporate Music Partner is the AYO’s business membership scheme. Membership fees provide a valuable stream of income for the AYO, which enables us to produce work of the highest standard and offer the best possible professional music training programs to participants.

There are three annual membership levels to choose from:

Con brio  ($15,000)
Grazioso  ($10,000)
Cavatina  ($7,000)

Benefits include ‘best seat’ tickets, venue hospitality for your guests, and logo accreditation on specific AYO marketing publicity.

 

Sponsor a Young Musician

Sponsoring a young musician offers companies the prospect of enjoying a closer relationship with the AYO’s greatest assets - the musicians themselves. Providing a scholarship for one, or several, young musicians will enable them to do what they do best - play music - and not worry about how they will pay the fees to take part in an AYO program.

As a company providing a scholarship you will enjoy:

  • the opportunity to meet and get to know your musician
  • invitations to their rehearsals and performances
  • branding opportunities and naming rights for major scholarships

Providing a scholarship for our musicians varies from $5,000 to $10,000 per year.
