AYO 2022 Programs
COVID-19 Information

As musicians from around Australia apply for our 2022 programs, AYO wishes to reiterate to all potential applicants that we are aware of and closely monitoring all potential restrictions around travel and large gatherings. The safety and well-being of our applicants remains a top priority. As such, we take the advice from leading state and national health organisations very seriously and will adjust our programs accordingly as per their recommendations. This means that 2022 programs will only go ahead if it is deemed safe to do so.

We acknowledge that cancellations may be frustrating and upsetting for participants, and we appreciate the support and patience our community continues to give us. Please note that in the event of a program cancellation, any program fees that have been paid will be refunded in full. We will also explore the possibility of having the program rescheduled, should it be suitable to do so.

Due to the uncertainty of that living with Covid has brought, we will be announcing all additional information such as location, guest artists and repertoire in October.

We are aware that the pandemic has imposed a financial burden upon many people all over Australia, and wish to reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that all eligible musicians are able to participate in our programs regardless of financial and geographic barriers. We have a generous financial assistance program which helps participants offset the program fees and travel costs associated with attending AYO programs.
